This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.

The Sky Carrier is here to support “Diaclone” combat operations from the sky! Not only can it fly by itself, but it can also suspend cargo such a the Load Chamber (sold separately) and Tactical Mover Series machines (sold separately). It’s equipped with a gimmick that releases the suspension by pressing a switch on the back, evoking a battle situation that assumes dropping at a target point. A single unit can suspend up to three Load Chambers, and it also has a mechanism for connecting multiple Sky Carriers to each other.
