This is a posable action figure from the Nendoroid series.

Twin sister of brother Len, “Vocaloid” character Rin Kagamine is now replicated in 3D as this adorably cute Nendoroid figure! Sculpted by Yukio Ageta, 10cm Rin comes with an interchangeable right arm and pair of legs, two optional facial expressions, a blank face for you to customize using the included sheet of facial expression stickers, a microphone, and a clear display base. She has very basic articulation in at least her neck, shoulders, and legs.
