This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

It’s almost time for Gloomy Bear’s favorite holiday–Halloween!And he’s all ready for trick-or-treating in his devil costume. (Hey, isn’t Gloomy Bear in a devil costume kind of redundant?) Gloomy is a game-prize item from Taito, and he’s a fully-posable Revoltech figure, slightly larger than his ordinary Revoltech version at about 13cm tall, measured to the tips of his devil horns. He comes with a jack-o-lantern with a hefty bite taken out of it, some “bloody drool” for his mouth, and a stand. Pair him up with Pity-kun, linked below, for frightful Halloween fun!
