This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.

Captain Jack gets the Revoltech treatment! Featuring super-posability and hyper-realistic detail, this gotta-get figure includes pirate accessories such as a sword, pistol, an extra interchangeable hand, and a removable hat. All that and a very nice sinking ship motif base with skull and crossbones flag! And a nameplate! A must for any “Pirates of the Caribbean” fan or Johnny Depp fan! Jack stands 13.5cm tall.
